** Fruit muesli rolls:
        Let 180g Brueggen Fruit Muesli in 1/ 8 l water, add another 1/ 8 l water and 60g butter and cook to a thick mass. Allow to cool down and mix in 100g sugar. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form into small rolls. Dip the rolls into 2 beaten eggs and then roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot butter or Magerine until golden brown. As a side dish: fruit or compote.

** Muesli:
        Soak 2 tablespoons of Brueggen Berry Muesli in 2 tablespoons of water. Add 1 grated apple, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well adding 2 tablespoons of concentrated milk. You could add any sort of grated fruit according to taste.
** Muesli Flatbread:
        Mix together 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of wheat seeds, 1 cup of coconut flakes, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 2 pinches of salt. Pour 1/ 8 l oil into a measuring jug and add 1/ 8 l syrup. Pour both onto the mixture. Knead in 8 cups of Brueggen Berry Muesli. Take half of the mixture and spread it onto 2 baking trays and bake for 15 minutes at 150 ?? . About half way swap the top tray with the bottom tray and turn over the mixture. After that repeat the procedure with the other half. (Only after cooling down the flakes mixture turns crunchy and dry.)
